The Rushmore Hockey Association is requesting water service from the City of Rapid City and proposes to extend a water transmission main (main) to their facility. Staff supports the Rushmore Hockey association’s request and, on behalf of the Rushmore Hockey Association, requests Council authorization to provide utility service outside the City, per City Resolution 2014-092 for the property indicated on Exhibit “A”. |
